Pleasantly surprised that the QRP ATU functioned so well. I did extensive testing from 7 MHz to 54 MHz with both closely resonant and non-resonant antennas and it worked like a charm giving very good low-SWR bandwidth. I was able to easily tune with less than 2w. I only use 10w maximum for this application so this really provided a high value low cost solution..

Great portable auto-tuner. Use care in choosing the matching cables
Great portable autotuner. Pros: Fast and easy to use, Charges with micro-USB (not included) in a few hours and lasts all day. Gets an under 1,5 VSWR in a few seconds. Cons: The SO-239 threading is not quite right for American PL-259, so you will have to choose your cable connectors carefully, to get a solid connection. You can get them plug to sit, but it won't screw down as well as I would like for field work. Overall, a nice, reasonably priced, foolproof product for portable operation. I bought several more, and will probably change the connectors at some point.Great portable autotuner. Pleasantly surprised that the QRP ATU-40 functioned so well. It is the QRP version of the ATU-100 both of which are based on the N7DDC tuner.
