Clock never worked. The face of the clock was crooked. After contacting seller he said it worked when he had it. Contacted clock repair guy and said it will be costly to get it working.

Lets get back to the basics here. First off you had no clue how to start.a balance wheel clock prior to requesting a refund which you started on 10th. As of 19th youve yet to message me. Or send clock back that does in fact work. The dial turns a bit inside the dial trim ring. I didnt design the clock. Take 1 minute and give it a twist. Send the clock back or cancell the return.Any shop that tells you Haller isnt in biz and tll cost alot to fix it on phone w/o diagnosing it shouldnt touch it.
