This is seriously the best vacuum i've ever had! Doesn't do well on my rugs or carpets bc the suction is so powerful but i bought it for the hardwood floors anyways! Not one crumb or cat hair left behind! Yes you have to use bags but it's totally worth it! Dyson, Bissel, & Shark cannot compare. I will never buy another brand again. Miele earned my loyalty & I appreciate the seller having competitive pricing bc I was not willing to fork out 350-375$ for a new one!
