As soon as I received the item I used it for a few hours and it stopped working properly. When I inspected it deeply it seems to be a replica of the original (I have a original pair of JBL headphones that I compared with). Although the box looks original, the JBL logo in the headphones is different. It has no instructions like the original ones that I have. And does not work with my phone. I tried to contact the seller for a refund, the days passed and he never sent me "return label"
