The item was sold incomplete and when I tried to cancel THEY DIDNT RESPOND UNTIL AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED AND THEN INSULTED ME BY SAYING DONT ORDER IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY BUT THESE BYTCHES HAVE MY MONEY. I bought this GPU from this seller for a suspiciously low price but I figured .. what the heck. Several days after paying I still hadn't received any shipping info so I messaged the seller. Their reply included: "We cannot ship this item to your address due to local shipping restrictions". They are supposedly in Denver and I'm in NY. I get LOTS of packages from all over the US -- what restrictions?!? They did refund my payment but I believe this was a phishing scam of some sort.
