Order promptly acknowledged & shipped; unfortunately UPS shipper didn't complete delivery.
However seller willingly agreed to share 50% of total order's loss value & refunded me 50%.
Instead of one of us losing 100%, we equally shared the loss. Unfortunate loss for each of us, but a nice real-world good-faith resolution. I'm tempted to re-order from this seller if they don't use UPS!
