I don't usually offer harsh criticism, but...the item was shipped 5 days after the label was created and shipped in the original shoe box with the lid loosely taped on, the box was wet and crushed, at least it only needed to travel one state away. Thankfully the boots didn't fall out of the box. Otherwise, good product, as described.
