Very disappointed with what I received, though it was technically as described. It arrived sooner than expected, but as a winemaker it is basically worthless. Winemakers beware! If you read closely only the type 1 option includes brix! Types 2 and 3 only seem to measure "degrees" from 0-100. I'm not sure what degrees means. perhaps it's supposed to be proof or percent alcohol? I ordered type 2 because it was the longest. Big mistake. Useless!

I would recommend getting the bigger (more expensive) box of caps, which has rectangular compartments. This box with it's small square compartments are very tight fitting. I knew this before I ordered however, and every company has exactly the same Cap' products at this low price range.
