Box arrived so beat up I thought it might have been dropped off of someones roof. Because of the rough handling, I had damage to the Bicycle. The frame was distorted and needed straightening, Some of the sheet metal, like fenders and chain guard were bent. I didn't realize that the bike would arrive not assembled. The ad was misleading. I am not happy. What is my re-course??
