    Turn the knob on highest setting with a new battery. Can hardly see the dot.

    Handy for small rifles

    I have several of these on my Ruger Charger pistols and they are very handy and accurate. Don't think I would use one on a higher powered rifle or pistol, but for a .22 they seem to hold up fine. May be the battery but the red dot is not as bright as the others I have bought in the past.
