Unfortunately when my mailman brought my item to the door it was obvious from the sound inside the box that the stoneware was in numerous pieces. I sent pictures to the seller and less than 5 minutes later the seller reached out to me; apologized for the condition the item arrived in and refunded my money. 30 minutes later I received an email from Ebay stating I had a refund arriving.
