Very well packaged with prompt shipping. I can not recall anything that had been as carefully protected, new carton with cardboard reinforcement inserts and bubble wrap with tissue paper enclosing each glass. Unfortunately USPS is demonically innovative and one glass (4 total) was shattered. The seller provided a refund, also very promptly, so all is well. Highly recommend doing business with this seller. BTW, the glasses are flawless!
