Was ok. Smells great. The gripper tends to leave residue after being taken off and it was no different here. I've bought dozens of Bath & Body Works products from eBay and in my experience I haven't seen anyone use gripper. That's ok I guess. A little bit of tape works better with minimal stuff being left behind on product and prevents leakage.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this about "The Gripper", I used to use tape 4 years ago (much much cheaper) but received complaints about stickiness. I change to the gripper after having received something secured with this. I was amazed that it left no residue. This is the first time in over 2500 packages sent using this that I have received this feedback. I will test this and see if maybe this a one off incident, thank you for letting me know.
