Initially, wine fridge likely damaged during shipping, yet seller stood behind his product and shipped a replacement unit lighting fast.

The purchase and shipping went fine and the wine cooler is great. That said, the item was sold as an open box item at an excellent price. When it arrived it was well packed however there was a dent in the top of the unit including the door. It was not severe enough to return the cooler and is mostly concealed once in place.
