    Works for a chewer too.

    I've used tobacco for over 30 years, with these I've been tobacco-free for two weeks. Since I've been only a "chewer" for the last 16 years I figured lozenges would be best for me, and it has been. This is not a cheap alternative to smoking or chewing, but hopefully I can follow the 13 week plan and be done with all of it. Does require some getting used to, we're changing a major physical and chemical habit in our bodies, but stick with it. I'm not sure if the urges or desires will ever completely go away, but they are much less significant every day.

    Yes these are good minty lozenges. Whether or not they are a good value depends how well off you are. For me, they were sort of high but the cheapest in the lot of them. They are of good quality, but could be better by being sugar free.
