Have not used yet as it is a spare at this time. It did power on and take a full charge. I am sure it will be worth 5 stars at that time as have used Sonicare for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their products. Item arrived on time and in perfect shape.

I've had Sonic cares for 30 years or more. This is the first one that didn't come with a wall plug for the charger. I don't have a USB port in my bathroom. Whoever designed this should be fired.
