My item shipped quickly and the item was exactly as described. The phone worked right out of the box. Only issue is I paid for first-class shipping, but item arrived the same time (actually a day later) than had I opted for regular shipping. Not the seller's fault as they don't control the USPS but if offering first-class shipping, FedEx would have been the preferred option. Minor gripe, I would recommend the seller to my friends and family who are in the market for a quality used cell phone.
