1 not user-frienly. 2 one of the cameras drops signal constantly and must be added. "SD card not inserted." It is a false message. 3 not full disclosure of product. Failed to mention that I had to purchase 4 SD cards one for each camera. 4 when video fails to play I must reload but it does not reload. I must return item for the reasons above.
