Good product. PLEASE wrap them in plastic. All the Styrofoam gets in the border of the LCD screen and plastics not wrapped and is really not good for a customer. I bought 2 of these and a lot of work trying tog et it out and even then, impossible to get it all out.

Shipping was fast considering christmas month. The monitor arrived poorly packaged though and there are multiple scratches on the screen due to that. Description made no mention of it being a 'scratch and dent'. Kind of disappointed it's not perfect but it's half the price of a new one so there's that.
