Overpriced and not even real authentic item try to say that The off-brand name of the case was the same thing as the name brand , but come on. If that's the case, why not upload the picture of the item you're selling instead. That's a sloppy seller in my opinion... OLDIE BUT GOODIE!
I don't think you can beat the 6th & 7th gen IPOD classics, especially if you can find a properly refurbished one at a fair price. They have large capacity (80, 120, or 160 GB) hard drives that can hold thousands of songs, and are generally quite reliable. I'm very happy to have just purchased my 5th one. They work great for my needs.

Unable to load a fairly small number of podcasts 6th generation. My 5th generation had no problem for years before breaking. Perhaps it's an Apple "feature" that bit me. I didn't see research to support that.

Short IPod Review
I love that the 120GB iPod can fit oodles of songs. I have a large CD collection and thought that I'd have to select which songs to download onto the iPod. Not so. This particular model with 120GB can probably store up to 2000 CDs worth of songs. That's HUGE! The iPod is easy to use and the more I use it the more adept I become at operating it. I get frustrated at times trying to dial in a specific artist from the long list of artists I have uploaded, but with such a simple operating wheel, it is a minor drawback compared to the simplicity of the user interface. The iPod has good quality of sound. I hook it up to my home stereo and as long as the volume is not 100%, I cannot detect any distortion. The distortion comes from any sub par recordings. The operator will have to download 100 megs worth of iPod operating system in order to even activate the iPod for the first time. The good thing is you do not have to pay for iTunes unless you wish to buy music off of them. Any music works--I use Rhapsody and Wal-Mart downloaded music (mpeg) and these songs work perfectly on it. As long as you have a computer and love music, this device is worth having. I use it for home use as well as in my car and at work. It only needs a cable to connect to other devices (Radio Shack can help--or an eBay auction for a iPod cable). I never thought about owning one of these gadgets but with the reasonable price offered by eBay, I thought, "what the hey." Now I'm addicted. It just will take days to load all of my CDs onto this handy little device. Needless to say this takes a lot of time to do. But once the music is on the iPod, you're set.

This MP3 player is one of the best on the market, easy to use and sounds superb. I chose this brand due to the great quality of sound that it produces. A person can go on-line and receive the help and service required to run the product. In my opinion, a person cannot go wrong buying the Apple Ipod. I bought the Apple for my boyfriend and after I listened to it, I decided that I wanted to keep it for myself. Now we both own our own Apple and listen to our own music..This MP3 player is one of the best on the market, easy to use and sounds superb. I chose this brand due to the great quality of sound that it produces. A person can go on-line and receive the help and service required to run the product. In my opinion, a person cannot go wrong buying the Apple Ipod. I bought the Apple for my boyfriend and after I listened to it, I decided that I wanted to keep it for myself. Now we both own our own Apple and listen to our own music..

Solid refurbishment, but battery life needs to be improved.
For those of us who want to pick up an iPod classic without paying the ridiculous gouged prices that are starting to pop up all over the internet, this is, on the whole, a solid substitute at a fair price. The operation of the iPod is as it should be, and it all looks very nice. However, I would question how "new" the allegedly "new" battery is in the device. One of the reasons I needed a new iPod classic was because the battery on my old one didn't hold a charge for very long. While this one is an improvement, for sure, it also doesn't last nearly as long as a new battery should. With all of my previous iPods, I could undergo a week of regular listening before needing to charge. With this one, I need to charge it every 2-3 days. So while I'm happy to have a fitting and reasonably priced ... For those of us who want to pick up an iPod classic without paying the ridiculous gouged prices that are starting to pop up all over the internet, this is, on the whole, a solid substitute at a fair price.
