Item arrived internally damaged from shipping. Contacted seller and described issue. Seller looked for a similar item in their inventory for exchange (no luck) and offered to reimburse upon return. Item was shipped back to seller and I received a refund. Seller also offered an explanation of what happened internally to the item to caused it to not work properly. Seller was upfront and responsive with this issue.
