Product and shipping were acceptable as expected. I had a difficult time figuring out the size I needed, 85 decibal (as opposed to 80, 60, etc.) and this would have been easy with simple instructions showing that the size, 85, is stamped on the microphone unit that the ear grips attach to.

TL;DR: net positive. Evidently, I was shipped a similar, but incorrect product: a hearing aid cleaning kit made up of close to 6 pieces, rather than a set of 6 of the kind of brush depicted. However, the closeness of the received item to the original one in purpose and price, plus, importantly, the courteousness and patience of the seller in their communication, made this a worthwhile transaction.
