Hearing Aids were fine except for the ear plugs. All of them were too big so I had to order smaller ones. The seller and I went back and forth on a discount due to this problem but he finally reimbursed me for the smaller ear plugs. The delivery was fast and well packaged.

I have used these aides in the past, one reason why I reordered them. These aides in particular have some new features I really like, such as using a "C" charging adapter in stead of a mini usb, much easier.to work with. Controls are a little different, definitely an improvement. All in all a very good hearing aide.
