Appears brand new and works as it should. A big plus - it was received with current software updates and 80% charged battery !! Be aware this is the GLOBAL version not the USA version, so there are small differences, such as 4G+ network icon instead of LTE. I had to add a custom APN for my provider (TRACFONE/VZW) to enable 4G/LTE data, but I had the template from a Galaxy S9 running on the same system, so not a problem. Would use this seller again !

I love the phone but don't believe it's a new like describe cause the box wasn't seal, the phone wasn't protect with cover screen either. I always bought many new phones and know exactly how are they look like. You can tell open box but couldn't tell brand new phone. Please don't trick people this way!     Better then I expected

    The phone was very nice. It was exactly what I was looking for. The size was right and the specs was excellent. I did have problems with registering my finger prints which was a big issue for me. It was very easy to setup and was easy to transfer my information from my prior Phone. Over all i am satisfied with my purchase.

    Don’t buy!! Entirely stopped working after 3 months only!!

    At first, I was very happy with the purchase. However it did not last long. The phone started to show wrinkle only after a month and stopped working after 3 months. The start button does not work, I need to charge the phone each time I want to use it otherwise it would not switch on, the screen is malfunctioning with a bright flashing light at the bottom of the screen very painful for the eyes, the keyboard is no longer touch sensitive , the sound does not work unless I put headsets and still, the sound remains very bad. Extremely disappointed with this purchase This phone turned out very expansive to buy for only a couple of months although I have taken very good care of it Don’t buy!!

    The Galaxy S10 Plus has a phenomenal AMOLED screen, monster battery life and loads of useful camera tools. The option to wirelessly charge another device is convenient and really works. Overall, get a star rating of 9.5. See other great reviews.

    screen and camera are excellent

    Battery life is incredible. my old galaxy s5 battery would be completely used in days with heavy use. same use and the s 10 plus still has about 2/3rds remaining. my only complaint is the programs trying take over and the system settings are not as easy to work with as the s5 was. Thought I might not like using this larger screen model. However, really like working with it and the view it provides. Would suggest not adding any more weight than necessary to protect the phone.

    Perfect phone for me.

    This is a great phone! I've got bigger hands and I needed a bigger phone so I can type on it. I had a Galaxy S9 which is an excellent phone but just a little too small for me. The S10+ looks, feels, and operates just like the S9 but bigger, longer battery, faster processor, and more RAM. Great phone at probably half the price when it was first released.
