I rarely buy anything online, but wanted to replace my discontinued IPOD that was pulling apart. I assumed refurbished models were available; but, discovered Zone Elec, selling NEW IPODs. I emailed the company to get a feel for the seller. Each response was clear & timely in answering my questions. My IPOD arrived in an unsealed box, earlier than expected, & in NEW condition, ready to set up. I transferred my songs, & now enjoying my music!. I'll buy from this seller again with confidence.

iPod wasn’t brand new as described in the listing, but refurbished. Came in fake “new” packaging (not original Apple packaging). However, the iPod does work and looks 99% new. Seller offered a partial refund which was appreciated. After using the iPod for a couple weeks, the battery is really poor unfortunately and drains quickly. Overall a usable iPod but probably not worth the price they’re charging. Better to buy a used one locally. Shipping was pretty quick from China though.
