I love the R16 MOA Illuminated BDC Reticle. I had a bad experience with my Red Dot a couple of weeks ago. I pulled my carbine from the case only to find the battery was exhausted leaving me to look thru a blank piece of glass and the lament of a lost trip to the range. What if the situation was more pressing, more important, maybe even life threatening? Well now I will always have a black reticle for that important moment. 5 levels of red and green illumination are easy to see night or day.
