He responded that he was working with USPS, who wanted too much money for shipping. Asked that he either find an affordable alternative shipper or refund my money in the next 24 hours. Seller started ignoring my messages. Seller never shipped the item, just took my money. I filed a case with eBay and eBay gave me a prompt. refund. Beware of this seller.
