Tried to contact the seller, never responded .
Sent text messages through EBay, never responded.
When I opened the package, I couldn’t believe box for the key board was ripped before I open. ( attached photo), some wire didn’t come with plastic covered.
Many suspicious evidence were found for this was either returned computer or, they didn’t care how it was sent out to customers.
Computer itself has no problem, however the way it came mede me so upset, bad customer service.
