This phone system has all the features you could want. Has Voice mail, Announcements, Music on Hold, speaker phone, conference calling. It does take a little work to setup. Works with both the digital phones and our analog cordless phones. 1. You have to print out the manuals for the system. 2. Take the time to watch youtube videos on how to setup 3. Features Music on Hold, Caller ID, Voice Mail Boxes, and Announcements 4. Since callers have to choose an option it eliminates ROBOT CALLS When you are all done you will have a professional phone system for a very affordable price. Avaya IPOffice 500 V2 systems are great for growing small businesses!
The Avaya IP Office is a very robust system that is very feature rich although you must purchase licensing options through an Avaya vender in order to use those features. Sometimes the licensing is not cheap but it is worth it. I have used and installed Avaya IPOffice systems for 20 years and will prefer this over any cloud based system. Having your own phone system will make any small company feel like a big company. With this you have the ability to wire up digital phones or go with IP Phones and optionally have the ability to setup VPN for telecommuters. It's a good investment. The Avaya IP Office is a very robust system that is very feature rich although you must purchase licensing options through an Avaya vender in order to use those features. The programming takes a while to learn. But once programmed, it's a sturdy system with basic features like voicemail, auto attendant, voicemail to email, schedules, call forwarding to mobile, etc.
