The camera was brand new and exactly as described. Does come with a sturdy tripod. It doesn't produce quite as clear of an image/video as I'd hoped, but still gets the job done. The built-in mics don't pick up sound all that well either. Also, it doesn't have an indicator light to let you know when the camera is on/recording. But, for the price paid, I'd say it's a good buy. Shipping was satisfactory and timely. I would recommend this seller based on this experience.

I wanted a webcam for zoom meetings. It is super cheap, so I wasn't expecting much. The picture quality is beyond awful! The demo pictures in the descriptions is very inaccurate. The problem is that there is a lot of video noise in the image. Regardless of lighting or settings, you can't get rid of it. All the pixels twinkles. Think of cheap cellphone cameras from early 2000's. If you want to look bad at meetings, buy this camera. Not recommand.
