Great buy! Excellent picture and the best sound of any TV that I have ever heard. The 3rd day I had it the sound was going out every 1/2 hour and thought I was going to have to return it, but luckily it was the station I was watching and not the TV. This TV is very easy to set up and very easy to navigate. It has a tremendous amount of features that can be easily utilized with voice commands. I was hesitant about an open box TV but I am glad I pulled the trigger on this one.

Item came as described, without box but with new accessories. Pack job was OK, item and accessories unscathed. Shipping took longer than expected, label was printed for two business days before handing to USPS. No response from seller. Given that they offer free returns and eBay offers buyer protection, I’d recommend this seller to anyone who isn’t in a rush to get their item(s) and will not need to contact the seller.

I had an excellent buying experience! The shipping was fast — My package arrived in 2-3 days. The boxing was well-padded and everything was individually wrapped. Also, although it was listed as "Open Box" my wheel & pedals were brand new! (The plastic was still covering the Logitech Logo) This also is the cheapest price you'll find on the market. I would 100% recommend this product and would definitely make future purchases from this seller.
