There was a discrepancy between the shipping advertised on the listing and the actual shipping used, however after some minimal communications back and forth the seller actually honored what was in the listing which was very appreciated! ...However by the point everything had been sorted out the whole benefit of the expedited shipping had already passed lol, so it goes.
