This sale started out great, good communication and they took time to put this in another box with extra padding and not just ship it in the box as it was. I had an issue with this item when I got it not working as expected. Not enough to return it, but for being listed as NIB I expected better. Contacted the seller and they were condescending and somewhat rude. I tried to explain what I meant in a subsequent communication and they never responded. I won't buy from this seller again.

The unit was new in the box I asked him to send it back when he said there was a problem, but all he wanted was money off and it wasn't a little money, So we went back and forth and I decided that either you return it or we are done here, So he didn't get his way and this is the retaliation.
