I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!

The item Dyson Ball Animal 2 Upright Vacuum exceeds expectations as to the job (vacuum) it is meant to do. The item looks new and was delivered on time. The exceptions are 1: when the arm when placed into the upright does not always firmly click into place 2: when the wheeling on the back wheels the vacuum arm occasionally releases by itself from the ball. However, I am still getting used to the machine as it is different from any other vacuum that I have owned.

    Love it

    I have a Dyson vacuum at my other house. I love the vacuum. I only wish this one had a way to wrap the cord on the back like my other one does. Right now I am not sure what to do with the cord.
