This item arrived in rapid time. It is exactly as described and works great. I was leary about the quality of picture using this device but my tv picture is clear and brighht as if it were just an HDMI cord and not this device.

The item arrived in good condition. It performed it function as advertised. When using it to connect a Super Nintendo to my LG OLED TV and noticed several hundred ms of lag in the picture, which unfortunately makes it very difficult to play some games (like Super Mario World). This device would be great for connecting an old VCR or DVD player to watch movies, or to play puzzle style games on an old console, but it does not appear to be good for action type games that require low latency.

The sales through "e-Sam Shop" was flawless with no surprises. I paid the asking price, they quickly shipped, I got exactly what I ordered. The product RCA AV (composite) to HDMI adapter works fine. A noisy 640x480 interlaced video on a 4K monitor doesn't look any better than I remember on a TV. It might look a little worse because the 4K monitor doesn't blend in the noise. The big deal is the adapter gives a useable image for a $7 purchase.
