I ordered a TV. They sent me a broken TV. It was obvious from the packaging that it was sent in this condition. I reach out, they say send pictures of this and that. I do. They say send more pictures. I do. They say we will refund you in 3-5 days, keep the broken TV. In my county, it costs $30 to dispose of a TV. What a bargain... Avoid this seller!

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.
