NEVER AGAIN! SEVERELY overcharged for postage. I paid $11.85 for postage and it the seller put a $1.20 stamp on the envelope to mail it to me. SELLER IS A SCAMMER! He charges buyers eBay's Global Shipping prices but posts items by USPS I contacted the seller looking for a refund and he claimed I paid $1.00 for shipping -not true I showed him my eBay invoice and my PayPal payment to him. Then he told me to bring it up with eBay. The issue is with him I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER EVER AGAIN.
