This was a wonderful experience but could have been awful. I received the wrong item (one word difference in the title between the one I wanted and got). Certainly understandable. I sent a note and picture to the seller and received an immediate response. The next day I received the information the building was sent. Then she wrote telling me to keep the other building. It didn’t feel right but she simply thanked me for being nice. It was an honest mistake which anyone could have made.
