Product was just as advertised. However, 3 days after purchase I asked when the product would be shipped. Instead of simply saying “tomorrow” they told me to go review the shipping terms. They unnecessarily made me go out of my way just so they didn’t have to answer a simple question. They also shipped it after their shipping terms stated they would.
