Works with the NGVA3 antenna
The "generic" for lack of a better term antenna for the Sirius XM Radios these days is the NVGA-3. Many older setups have FAKRA antenna receptacles. My older OEM setup still has two (SAT and TER) inputs. I bought a splitter for it but the NGVA3 did not plug into the splitter as designed. It would go in (the antenna's 90 degree receptacle into the splitter's FAKRA) but it would not work unless you pushed really hard on it and it was obviously not the way it was designed to work. This product's gold end with no outer receptacle fits into the NGVA3's 90 degree fitting and allows you to use the pink FAKRA receptacle to plug into the splitter.The "generic" for lack of a better term antenna for the Sirius XM Radios these days is the NVGA-3.
