Shipping was quick, was packaged very well and very cute! My only problem was it did say used but didn’t list any specific damage to any of the pieces. But there is very noticeable damage to the piece I have pictured. Yes it did say used but I would have had to sit there and analyze the picture carefully to notice:( but overall good experience! It would have been nice to just have the damage pictured:)
