I was very skeptical about this purchase - it seemed way too good to be true. I almost feel guilty for having purchased such new-looking, and perfectly functioning pair of headphones for this price. 0 aesthetic flaws or visible stains / tears. 0 Troubleshooting issues. They were shipped early the morning after I placed the order, neatly packaged in a tight plastic cover. I received all the original Sony cables and its case with 0 stains. It smells brand new. 100% recommended.

Super happy with it! Since it’s certified refurbished the 2 year warranty really sold me on getting it. It came with a little slip of paper that said to look up the manual etc online. I have the headphones connect app to change EQ, it charges fine, they connect to multiple devices easy, and they look brand new. So excited to be able to snag these for $230 as opposed to $399 new (and these are basically new to me lol). 10/10 I’ve been using them for a few days now.

Shipping took longer than expected, label was printed for two business days before handing to USPS. No response from seller.
