I contacted this seller 6 times in a 2 week period. The item advertised is not what I received (see photo) - it did not include a 1 year plan, data or minutes. After the first 3 messages, I was told that even though the packaging was different, that I would still have the plan as described. Then I could not activate the card I was told I needed a 4 digit code - but no such code was provided. I called the 800 number 3 times and spent over an hour on the phone trying to redeem this purchase.

Please Please Please Please buyers be a ware, I spent 3 days trying to activate my phone, called the 800 number, contacted the seller so many time, they gave me telephone numbers, waited and waited, make you run in a limbo, every time the tell you some thing different, end of the story you have to buy more plan and more time etc, to this sim card have no pin number and have no service plan, I requested my money back they refuse, I contacted Ebay, Ebay the stepped in, they will refund my money.
