Purchased four of the AT&T CK71KW boxes. Shipping was very fast. Had an issue with one remote control not working properly. Contacted seller and after a brief troubleshooting the seller sent out a replacement remote control which I received within a couple of days. I am very pleased. Fast shipping prompt communications and great customer service. Rare these days. Definitely recommend them and I would buy from them again.
