The phone was legit but I spotted a very teeny tiny space between the front glass and the top frame and I was worried it would not be fully water resistant, which isn't important to many people but it is to me. I never tested whether it was, so I could have just been paranoid, but the return was simple and fast, with no hiccups along the way. Everything else about the phone was perfectly fine for the very short time I had it.

The phone I recieved was actually damaged during shipping, but seller was fantastic and extremely quick, polite, and helpful in helping me through the return process. I was issued a refund as soon as they recieved the phone back. Kinda bummed out that it came damaged, as it looked like exactly what the seller described, but it was no fault of the seller. Would definitely purchase through seller again.
