Actual item was as described, but that is the only positive. Seller listed item with free shipping, then shipped it via USPS Ground in a Priority box (which USPS does not allow), and paid for literally 1 ounce of postage. The package was 7 pounds. I had to go to the post office and pay $9.05 to get my order because I wanted my item too much to reject it, and I have messaged seller 3 times over 5 days, and seller has ignored me completely. He is scamming USPS and his buyers are paying the price.

Otherwise it's a good/nice Coach mini backpack. No rips or tears or any sort of damage to it at all. Very roomie bag! 3 zipper compartments. The main zipper compartment, the smaller super compartment inside the main supper compartment & the small front zipper compartment. Fair price. Good buy.
