The bad first: The graphics card was not the TOP version like advertised. I first suspected it when I opened the box and saw the serial code on the back, then confirmed it with GPU-Z that it did not have the TOP firmware. This was an issue for me because if I wanted a vanilla card I could have paid less.The good: Good communication. Seller got back to me in a timely manner. Agreed it was a mistake labeling it as a TOP, and we agreed on a fair partial refund to compensate. Satisfied.
