Wrong color and font. I guess they’re not competent enough to understand the difference between 1,2 and 3. I’m guessing it’s because I didn’t use the words color and font. You’d think they’ll know. I ordered on the 9th, it shipped on the 19th and arrived the 29th. I reached out to them, 24hrs later, no response so here’s my feedback.

The problem here is not the mistake made to your order, the problem here is that you think the world spins around you which is not true, I am not at the computer 24/7 waiting for your messages, eBay let you know to allow 24-48 hours in order to get a response. About the shipping time you were notified i was away and will be delay on shipping, And yes You are not competent enough to send CLEAR instructions in order to avoid mistakes, NEXT TIME try to not be Lazy and Read Instructions.
