Disappointing experience. Ordered Redonyl Ultra chews and received Purina FortiFlora. This is not what my dog takes so it is useless to me. No communication from seller asking if a substitution would be ok, no note in shipment explaining a substitution was made. I see another review saying exactly the same thing happened to another customer too.
Contacted seller to request refund. Received reply within 24 hours. No explanation given but the refund I requested was issued. Don’t waste your time!
