    Much better than the fancy sounding turbo meter

    My Fleck water softener has two options for the flow meter: a “turbo” meter or a “paddle wheel” meter. The turbo sounds more advanced, but it often gets stuck when the water isn’t flowing very fast. The paddle wheel is bulkier, but it’s so much more reliable. I now trust that my softener is accurately measuring my water use and will regenerate when it is supposed to.
